An old
fashioned Christmas
Is truly what I love
Holly and Mistletoe
Snow falling from above.
Wood pile stacked so high
Dairy full of food
Everyone is happy
Not a single soul is rude.

Stockings hung by the fireplace
Cookies on the tree
Every boy and girl is
As good as they can be.
The house is warm and cozy
Aroma of mincemeat in the air
Everyone is happy
Not a worry or a care.

Livestock fed, so nice and warm
Getting ready for church
Horse and sleigh waits by the house
They take off with a lurch.
Families are so very close
Love is all around
Everyone joins in the fun
Lots of presents can be found.

So many wonderful memories
Forever in our heart
That we will never ever forget
When we are far apart.
We are blessed with memories
Thank God in Heaven above
For a dear and precious family
And a home that's full of love.
Merry Christmas One and All
