When you meet someone so dear and sweet
You know right from the start
It is an angel sent from heaven
With the grandeur of a living heart.

You never have to say one word
Yet we have a common tie
That grows with love and caring
As months and years go by.

God gives us friends to cherish
What a sad time this would be
If I didn't have someone like you
To be a friend to me.

I send this message to you today
To let you know impart
You hold a very special place
Tucked deep within my heart.
