You remind me of sunshine
At the start of each new day
Like a lovely rose that blossoms
In a glorious, fragrant bouquet.

Someone whom I confide in
And trust so very much
A special friend that I adore
Who has that loving touch.

May your days be full of happiness
Your evenings graced with rest
Because one thing I know for sure
