Help me Lord, to lean on You
With all that I may face

In Your never ending Grace

Keep me in Your arms Lord
When I am nervous, or afraid
Help me to remember
All those promises You made

Bring me through the darkness
That may lie so far ahead
Help me to stay focused
On You, my living bread.

With compassion, help me realize
That you're always very near
Even when my faith may falter
Calm my heart, and calm my fear

I know that You walk with me
Through every trial I may see
Help me Lord to know
That it's then, You carry me
