Sometimes I'd like
to sail away
And find a peaceful
place
Far from the
madness...
Of this human race
Where I can listen
to the seagulls
Sing a gentle song
Serenading me to a
peacefulness
Where I know my
heart belongs
Sometimes it just
feels like...
I'm trying as hard
as I can
Yet, some days I
find...
I'm just...paddling
against the wind
Upon those
days...I'm sad to
say
I lose my way...
To my spiritual
destination
As the tides of
dismay...
Calls my lowly name
When I become
weary...
And sometimes kneel
and sigh
I call out to my
loving Savior...
In my most reverent
of cries
There He instills in
me...
Once again...my
precious Friend
That He's
always...by my side
Even after...this
journey ends
