We Lift Our Prayer ~ Southbreeze ~ Living Each Day

We lift up our prayers to You my Lord,
And we know that You are there.
Our hearts are full of desolation and,
We need Your loving care.

We need Your strength and comfort,
For You to deliver us from pain.
Sorrow is bearing down on us,
Our days are full of strain.

Though the days ahead seem hopeless,
We know You are in control.
Our faith will keep us close to You,
And know You can console.

Let us feel Your loving presence,
As You watch over our life.
Help us to listen for guidance,
That we may be delivered from strife.

Circumstances will never separate us from You,
We stand strong in our faith and love.
One day things will be bright and new,
As You promised from above.
