EACH STEP ALONG THE WAY

Each step along the way,
Though viewed from up above,
Must be taken carefully
As He guides us with His love

Our time on Earth is short...
The challenges abound...
And so many 'slippery slopes'
Along the way are found

Our trust and faith in Him
Will carry us all through
The trying, darkest hours
When our hearts are sad and blue

When lives seem sorely tested...
And we feel we can't go on...
Just beyond those darkest hours
He brings a bright new dawn.
