A LOVE NOTE FROM JESUS

Come sit beside Me.  Rest for a while.
Put down the burden you've carried for miles.
Come let Me hold you.  Rest in My arms.
I'll keep you safe from worry and harm.

All outside forces can't touch you here -
Nothing can reach you, no matter how near.
All earthly troubles, all evil foes,
Must keep their distance if I just say so.

I'll carry your burden when it's time to go on;
I will replace it with a heavenly song.
I know you are weary, your spirit is worn;
I'll be your night watch, so just rest till the morn.

All of your worries, leave them with Me;
All you need do is follow My lead.
But right now, just rest, that's all you must do.
This is our time.  I love being with you.

Remember these times are all in My hands,
I make no mistakes, I have perfect plans.
So come, site beside Me, don't fret or fuss,
The journey will wait.  This time's just for us.
