Spirits do surround me
They glisten and they shine
An angel said to me today
"Go on, you're doing fine!"

I tend to doubt, and hesitate
That's when they come to me
Pushing me up hills of life
Enabling me to see

Gods spirit's all around this place
I tingle with the thought
Knowing that He loves me
Has been all I'd ever want

These spirits that I speak of
Are Angels God has sent
To care for me, and hold me
When my own spirit feels spent

Spirits do surround me
Holding me within their wings
Guiding me through walks of life
So I may see again
